The oil has a high specific heat capacity, enabling it to effectively absorb heat generated during operation. In the design process, the distance between the windings and the core has been minimized, resulting in a compact overall volume that facilitates installation and transportation. During peak power demand periods, the transformer also demonstrates excellent short-term overload capacity.

The 3-Phase Step-Up Transformer is suitable for use in distribution rooms, substations, and other areas, making it an important component of the power grid. Pressure generated during operation can be released through a pressure relief valve. To minimize no-load and load losses, LUGAO uses high-quality insulating oil and cores. The housing is made of materials with extremely high protection ratings, ensuring the normal operation of internal components and preventing oxidation and moisture ingress. When installing the Step-Up Power Transformer, sufficient space must be reserved for heat dissipation to avoid faults caused by localized overheating. LUGAO's products have all passed international standards such as CE and ISO.

Operating Environment

1. Standard operating temperature is between -30°C and +40°C. When the temperature exceeds 40°C, the equipment must operate in reduced load mode.

2. Standard operating altitude is below 1,000 meters.

3. Standard operating humidity is a daily average of ≤95% and a monthly average of ≤90%.

4. The installation tilt angle must not exceed 15°.

5. Regularly inspect the oil level gauge, oil quality, and surrounding environment.

6. Keep away from flammable areas, electromagnetic interference zones, and other locations that may affect transformer operation.
